Crickfy Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Crickfy platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and support services available at crickfy.club. By registering an account on Crickfy, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

Crickfy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Crickfy after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Crickfy, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — companies, organisations, and automated accounts are not permitted to register on Crickfy.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from Crickfy.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing on Crickfy.

Crickfy may request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you are 18 or older, your account will be suspended until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under 18 will be permanently closed and any balance will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on Crickfy. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If Crickfy identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts may be voided.

When registering on Crickfy, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings or contact support.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Crickfy account.
• You must keep your password and OTP codes confidential at all times.
• Crickfy will never ask you for your password via support chat, email, or any other channel.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Crickfy support immediately.
• Crickfy reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and may request supporting documents.

4 Deposits & Payments

Crickfy accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile money services in Bangladesh. All deposits are credited to your Crickfy balance in real time following successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• There is no maximum deposit limit, though Crickfy may apply limits to individual accounts as part of responsible gaming measures.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Crickfy does not charge a fee for deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile money provider are your responsibility.
• If a deposit does not appear in your Crickfy balance within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Crickfy reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, Crickfy will notify you and may request additional verification before processing any further transactions.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Crickfy balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed the same day for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• Crickfy does not charge a withdrawal fee. Mobile money provider fees, if any, are your responsibility.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name. Crickfy will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Crickfy may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Crickfy may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The general rules in this section apply to all Crickfy promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your Crickfy account automatically or upon request, as specified in the promotion details.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Crickfy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice.
• Players who Crickfy reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other manipulative strategies — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Only one bonus may be active on your Crickfy account at a time, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on Crickfy — including Mines, Hi-Lo, Roulette, Jacks or Better, Leprechaun Riches, Win Drop, and Midas Fortune — operate using independently certified random number generators. The RTP for each game is published and accurate. Crickfy does not alter game outcomes after a bet has been placed.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the Crickfy system. Results cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical error or system failure during a game round, Crickfy reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet. Game rules are available on each game page on Crickfy.
• Crickfy reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in Crickfy games is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crickfy. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account on Crickfy.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment account on Crickfy.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with Crickfy games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using Crickfy for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the Crickfy bonus system in any way.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Crickfy staff or other players.
• Attempting to access Crickfy systems or data without authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

Crickfy is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all Crickfy players at any time and can be accessed through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Crickfy account. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set a time limit for your gaming sessions. Crickfy will notify you when your session limit is reached.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The suspension activates immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Crickfy account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

10 Account Closure

You may close your Crickfy account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment account.

Crickfy reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, Crickfy may freeze the account balance pending investigation.

• Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms will not have their balance returned.
• Accounts closed at the player's request will have their balance returned within 3 business days.
• Crickfy may retain account data after closure in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

Crickfy provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While Crickfy takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• Crickfy is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity arising from technical failures, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Crickfy is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Crickfy's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of your deposit in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Crickfy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data

Crickfy collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on Crickfy, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and Crickfy.

13 Changes to Terms

Your continued use of Crickfy after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using Crickfy and contact support to close your account.
